March 7, 8 and 9, 2014 – Pilgrimage to Oberbronn/Alsace

The Sisters of the Divine Redeemer celebrate a great festivity: the 200th anniversary of the birth of their foundress. The program of the festivity offers a great number of suggestions to choose from.

In order to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of Elisabeth Eppinger, who was a young woman from Niederbronn-les-Bains, when she founded our congregation, a team of our sisters at Oberbronn offer a pilgrimage to the sites, where Elisabeth Eppinger lived, from March 7 to 9.

Participants are invited to select, among other events:

Saturday, March 8, 10 a.m. at Oberbronn: a lecture about the life and personality of Mother Alfons Maria (Elisabeth Eppinger) given by Sr. Marie Louise Haegeli (Sister of the Divine Redeemer)

Sunday, March 9, 2.30 p.m. at Niederbronn: ‘The greatness of a simple life – the virtues of Mother Alfons Maria’, a lecture given by Sr. Anne Christine Guntz (Sister of the Divine Redeemer).
