The 200th Birthday of our Foundress Venerable Mother Alphonse Marie was celebrated
by the communities of our Indian province at parish level. Most of the communities had well prepared Holy Eucharistic celebration in the parishes with an active participation of people, youth, children, priests, religious and Divine Saviour Associate members. After the Holy Mass, sisters distributed the pictures of Venerable Mother Alphonse Marie to all.

The Bicentenary Birthday celebration was an opportunity to share the charism of our congregation and to make known our Venerable Mother Alphonse Marie to the people where we live and work.

There was 9 days novena with our Divine Saviour Associate members in view of the Birthday celebration. The themes of each day were reflected and it was a deep spiritual experience for them. The members expressed that her teachings are very much inspiring, and we all could deepen her spirituality and to renew our commitment towards the people to whom we are sent.
