After a long break due to the Coronavirus pandemic, an international meeting of sisters took place again from September 9 to 19 in our Generalate, beginning with a solemn Mass on the feast of our foundress, Mother Alphonse Marie.

Thirty-one sisters from all our provinces, delegations and the Region of France participated and had a very rich experience days: in deepening and exchanging on important aspects of our religious life, getting to know better the different situations of life in the different countries, asking ourselves together what we are called to today as Sisters of the Divine Saviour...

The personal encounters with the sisters from different countries and cultures and the discovery of the foundation places were a special experience, especially for the sisters who were coming to Oberbronn for the first time. Even though the language barriers were noticable, we found many ways to get in touch with each other, and during the meetings in plenary, of course, the service of the interpreters was an indispensable help.

There was also a lot of fun with games and dances, and an excursion to the pilgrimage of Our Lady of Thierenbach and to Colmar was a good conclusion to these eventful days.
