There are only a few days left until the opening of the General Chapter of our Congregation, which will take place from 29 July to 17 August 2024 in the General Motherhouse in Oberbronn (France). Since few months we are having the preparations, with consultations with all the sisters and the submission of questions and motions.

The General Chapter occur every six years and is a chapter of election and chapter of matters. It was last held in 2018.

Representatives from all provinces, delegations and the region will look back on the past six years and discuss current issues for the future of the Congregation. The General Chapter will give the direction and it will elect the new General council and revitalise our life and apostolate through its orientations. An extraordinary, spiritual, sisterly experience for all!

Since sisters from almost all countries where our Congregation is present will be present, we will take the unique opportunity to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the founding of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Divine Saviour with invited guests on 18 August in the church in Niederbronn and in the General Motherhouse.
